that's rite...smlm wan g FF mcm biasa...walaupun smlm ada kekasihku seru ttp g FF sbb hari nie smpi isnin x g FF dah sbb kat ipoh xde FF (watlah satu kat ipoh..:D)..nway smlm merupakan pengalaman baru wan..dah dkt sbln g FF smlm was d 1st time join Group X punya exercise..smlm mcm biasa adik sedara wan yg keje kat indo 2 x blk san alg...so smlm dialah yg ajak...tgk syok2 berlari2 atas treadmill 2..tetiba dia kata, kak long jom g kelas RPM..mula2 x mo...sbb dah penat..coz sblm wat treadmill,wan dah wat cycling for 25 minutes...tp pkr2 blk..apa salahnya join..x rugi apa pun..sbb org ckp kalu masuk kelas RPM nie...nak turun weight senang...dia burn our calorie fast than other cardio machine....so...masuklah kelas 2...disbbkan 1st time (adik sedara pun sama 1st time) so intructor tlg adjust beskal, and the position of d seat....so mula 2 slow jer...then bila instructor dah start on d music..ya ALLAH..peluh jgn ckp ar..mcm org dok tgh gurun sahara yang panas terik 2...tp sgt2 best!past nie nak g lglah join kelas tu...:D n nak try jgk kelas2 lain...k....'till then...bye2
